DAY 01 : COCHIN ON ARRIVAL

Arrival at Kochi Airport assist/meet with all formalities and transfer to hotel check in hotel. Your itinerary here will include places like Fort Cochin, still keeping alive its ancient Jew tradition, the Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry palace, St. Francis Church and more. The Jew’s street and the Chinese fishing nets at Fort Cochin beach are the must see. Evening visit The LuLu Mall is the largest shopping mall in India and Return to hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 02 : COCHIN – MUNNAR Distance Covered: 140 KMs Travelling Time: 4.5 Hours

Today morning after your breakfast checkout from the hotel and you will proceed on a drive to Munnar and will stop in the waterfalls on the way. You can also stop at Neriamangalam bridge to watch Periyar river. Take pit stops on the Valara waterfalls and Cheeyappara Waterfalls on the way to Munnar. Check into the resort. Overnight stay at the resort in Munnar.

DAY 03 : MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, spend the day in local sightseeing in Munnar. Munnar drives its name from the confluence of three mountain streams – Kundale. Mattupetty is a popular picnic spot where you can opt for activities like boating and horse riding. Indo Swiss Dairy Farm is a little ahead of Mattupetty lake is famous for around 100 varieties of cattle. Close by is the Echo Point, which offers you a panoramic view and the thrill of hearing your voice echo. Popular sightseeing spots in Munnar that can be visited also include Pothanmedu, Devikulam, Mattupetty Indo Swiss Project, Eravikulam National Park. Overnight stay at the resort in Munnar.

DAY 04 : MUNNAR – THEKKADY (125 KM, 4 HRS.)

After breakfast, checkout from the resort in Munnar and drive to Thekkady, on arrival check-in at the resort. Thekkady is well known for one of the world’s most fascinating wild life reserves -Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary in Thekkady is spread across 777 sq km and is well known for its wild life and scenic beauty. In You can opt for a cruise on Lake Periyar. During the boat ride spot the wild life (elephants, Indian Gaur, Monkeys, spotted deer, barking deer and birds of myriad varieties). Overnight stay at the resort.

DAY 05 : THEKKADY – ALLEPPEY (155 KM, 4 HRS.)

Another morning drives this time to Alleppey, popularly called the Venice of the East to see the winding canals and an amazing network of backwaters. On arrival you will be checking in to a Traditional Kerala Houseboat which will take you on a fabulous tour of the backwaters
