Cancellation Policy

As per the company policy we accept 40% of the total tour cost as an advance at the time of confirming the tour. The balance payment is received at the time of the guest arrival in India. Apart from the 50% you would also need to pay us the full amount for any air/train or bus tickets to be issued. Once the advance is received our operation team will make all your hotels reservations, book your tickets and make necessary arrangements for your trip. Balance 50% of the tour cost can be paid by you upon your arrival in India by cash or traveler's cheques. Alternatively you could pay by bank transfer a fortnight before your arrival.

Cancellation Charges:- If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received in the Tours Department of Joyful Travel Experience Pvt Ltd. The person who signed the booking form must also sign the letter of cancellation. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

Note: * Palace on Wheels and other Luxury Trains non refundable. * Flight Tickets - NO REFUND. If you change booking: If, after your confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible. Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final costing will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.
